  • Update / edit - add another service they are exceptional at beyond the regular services they slay at -orthodontics /Invisalign. More than 20 years after from orthodontic treatment in my teens a bar that was supposed to stay permanent popped out. Within days my alignment and smile went out of whack and my orthodontist long retired 😢🤦‍♀️ With no idea how to start I requested a referral from Sherri she is knowledgeable and exceptional . I was unaware they provided this service As usual she went above and beyond and in that appointment consulted with Dr. Doballa and he provided options to consider . I expected years of braces and endless maintenance. Instead -in 3 months the alignment and smile using invisalign is perfect again! My previous review I’ve edited to shorten to a summary instead of a good novel. They are simply the best . It cannot be expressed better than the majority of 5 star reviews or to quote another reviewer “no visit is less than perfect”. This is not a honeymoon phase. My family and I have had the pleasure of being patients since the 80’s! From their frontline staff to all the dentists-all demonstrate mastery in their roles but stand out in their practice with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

  • I have been coming to Brentwood Dental for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. Many of the staff have been there as long as I have been treated there which leads me to believe they are happy to work there. This kind of continuity in this profession helps clients to feel welcome and comfortable- like you’re extended family. What a beautiful thing when you can visit with office staff and are able to carry on conversations that frequently include sharing aspects of your personal life. My visit this week was fantastic as was my last appointment with Ashley several months ago. . Ashley is incredibly personable while also anbexcellentprofessionsl. She knows her job well and makes every visit feel like I’m meeting up with a girlfriend minus the coffee. I am so grateful for Ashley and ALL the staff who never fail to make every experience feel like I made a great choice to book an appointment and come. Thanks to the marvellous Monique and the office staff. You’re also exceptional and welcoming. This is a great place for dental care for anyone of any age!

  • I had my regularly scheduled cleaning yesterday and got my accustomed high-caliber service. My hygenist Sheri was glad to see me and as usual gave me her normal high-quality service. She offered me a chance to try out a new treatment instead of the normal polishing and explained the whole process clearly and simply. We caught each other up on our lives since we last saw each other and laughed quite a bit. It was good to see her and the rest of the staff and I look forward to my next visit though that won't be till the fall. Also Tim was able to deal with a small but persistent problem with one of my teeth and i have been MUCH more comfortable since. Looking forward to my next visit in the new year.

  • Very good service as usual. But as seniors your rates are 10-12% more than the Alberta guide line. We have supported this business for 35 years. I would really like to see the business offer a discount to seniors. As we have paid full prices for our kids and ourselves for a long time. This visit the last month of teeth extraction and bridge went extremely well and the price was fair. Like to thank Tristian and staff as I was very pleased with how everything went. 5 Star rating

  • From the moment I walked in the door at this dental office I was impressed with the care and attention I received. All the staff I came into contact with was so professional and friendly. Dr. Reid was very caring and understanding with my aversion to dentists and made the experience as comfortable as possible. He has presented me with many options going forward with all the details including the cost. I'm looking forward to my new smile!

  • The staff is very welcoming and the service is excellent Brentwood utilizes up to date equipment and best practices. The hygenists do a great job very thorough. Tim and his dental assistant are great very caring and do excellent work. Tim was able to squeeze me in for a root canal at the last minute which I am very thankful that I didn't have to wait too long. Definitely recommend Brentwood Dental Thank you!

  • I love coming to this dentist office. Kim at reception is just the kindest lady. She goes to great lengths to ensure you are getting the coverage or explanations you need. The hygienists are also very sweet and take the time to ensure that you and your kids feel comfortable with every step taken. The dentists are awesome as well - they have never let us down. I couldn’t be happier with Brentwood Dental :)

  • Just had a root canal done and fell asleep during the procedure because he's just that good! He drilled tiny holes in my existing crown and miraculously removed the roots with tiny little needles. I didn't feel anything and was so relaxed I even fell asleep. They also warned me about post-procedure pain but honestly it was incredibly seamless and painless. Very impressed by my experience!

  • Very friendly and professional staff always make sure I’m comfortable. Love the new cleaning technologies less painful on my exposed roots! Location and parking (free!) are convenient. Kathy is an excellent hygienist - helps ease my sensitivity and Dr. Tristan Ocampo has a broad knowledge of procedures and technology and is also excellent to deal with. Highly recommend them!

  • Jenn was my hygienist. She was exceptionally professional. I am a nervous Nellie but Jenn was able to make me feel comfortable in her confidence and knowledge of the work that had to be done. The whole experience from meeting Jenn listening to the Dentist explain my issues to dealing with Alisia who has the job of explaining all costs it was a 5 star experience.

    Dr. Reid graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1995. He moved to the Calgary area in 1997 and has been practicing in Calgary since then. He enjoys solving complex oral health problems and reconstructing damaged teeth and structures. Dr. Reid spends much of his free time with his wife and three children, enjoying the outdoors, sports, travel, and music.
